Welcome to Praedium Insights LLC (“Company,” “Praedium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Free Trial Terms and Conditions (“Trial Terms”) govern your access to and use of our real estate customer relationship management platform (the “Service”) during the trial period. By activating a free trial, you agree to be bound by these Trial Terms, our Software as a Service Subscription Agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any data-provider terms (including MLS rules) that apply to your use of the Service.
1.Trial Period
Upon registration, you will receive complimentary access to the Service for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days (the “Trial Period”). The Trial Period commences on the date of account activation and expires automatically at 11:59 PM (Central Time) on the fourteenth day.
2.No Payment Information Required
No credit card, debit card, or other payment information is required to activate or access the free trial. You will not be automatically charged at the conclusion of the Trial Period.
3.Feature Access During the Trial
During the Trial Period, you will have access to the standard features of the Service. Praedium reserves the right to limit, gate, or disable specific features (including AI-powered features, MLS data feeds where licensing requires participant/subscriber verification, and bulk export) during the Trial Period in order to comply with MLS rules, prevent abuse, and protect data-provider obligations.
4.Expiration of the Trial Period
Upon expiration of the Trial Period, your access to the Service will be suspended. Your account will be placed in a locked state, and you will be unable to access the platform or any associated data until a paid subscription is activated. To restore access, you must select a subscription plan and complete the applicable payment process.
5.Data Retention and Deletion
Following the expiration of your Trial Period, your data will be retained in our systems for a period of ten (10) business days (the “Retention Period”). During the Retention Period:
- Your data remains securely stored but inaccessible until a paid subscription is activated.
- You may request a complete export of your data by contacting our support team at support@praediuminsights.com.
- Upon expiration of the Retention Period, all data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
MLS-licensed data is subject to additional deletion obligations under applicable MLS license agreements and may be deleted earlier than the Retention Period to maintain MLS compliance.
6.Account Reactivation
To reactivate your account and regain access to your data, you must subscribe to a paid plan before the expiration of the Retention Period. If you subscribe within this window, your previously entered data will be fully restored and accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.
7.No Obligation
The free trial creates no obligation to purchase a subscription. You may choose not to continue using the Service after the Trial Period, in which case your account will remain locked and your data will be deleted pursuant to Section 5 above.
8.Limitations
Free trial access is limited to one (1) trial per individual or organization. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any trial account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Trial Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Software as a Service Subscription Agreement, MLS rules, or applicable law, or in a manner intended to abuse the trial offering.
9.MLS Data During Trial
Access to MLS-licensed data during the Trial Period requires that you (a) hold a current real estate license in good standing, (b) be a participant or subscriber in good standing with the applicable MLS, and (c) comply with all MLS display, attribution, and use restrictions. Praedium may verify your eligibility at any time and may restrict MLS feature access until verification is complete.
10.No Warranty
The Service is provided during the Trial Period on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Praedium disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service Level Agreement does not apply during free trials.
11.Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Trial Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Trial Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Trial Terms shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Chicago, Illinois, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois with respect to intellectual property, confidentiality, or data-protection matters.
